Ok - we don't think we're Ken & Barbie but we're camping regardless. If you know Justin and me at all, you know that camping is our "thing" and one of our favorite escapes from reality. After Justin's class tonight, we're heading east to Elkmont Campground to camp and hike for a few days. We're planning to visit our favorite shops - The Donut Friar (I've been going here since I was a little girl), The Happy Hiker, The Smoky Mountain Brewery - some of the best microbrews ever, and the Jim Gray Gallery....just to name a few. We're planning to hang out and play tourist on Friday; we will take in the cool mountain aromas and sip on some coffee as we stroll through town. On Saturday, we're mentally preparing ourselves to hike to the 3rd highest point in the Smoky Mountains National Park - Mt. LeConte. That's the plan for now....
And, my grandparents have made their way up to their home in Gatlinburg this week so we're going to stop by and give them a surprise visit :)
