Run the first 5 miles with your head.
Run the second 5 miles with your legs.
Run the last 5k with your heart.
i read this on another blog this morning and i thought it was great!
i looks like the weather is going to play along with our plans.
apparently the no-storm dances have been working!
head, legs, heart.
that's all i've got to offer and i'm going to give it all i've got.
